Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be above and beyond satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out using our Contact Us form and allow us to try and remedy the situation with an exchange or a return/refund. Don't forget to include your order number and a brief explanation of the problem. We will follow up for more info and/or photos. To facilitate the process, include the phrase "Exchange/Return Request" in the body of the message. We will always do our very best to make it right.

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order and we will require proof of your purchase, such as your order number or email confirmation of purchase.

Refunds are issued for undamaged and unused purchases only. Original shipping charges are not refunded.  Please contact us for return request instructions and a return shipping address. Refunds are typically processed and returned to the payment method used for the purchase within 5 - 10 business days.
