Processing and Handling

Most orders will be shipped in 2 - 3 business days. All of our candles from The Candle Bar are made to order due to our many customizing options. Please note that most Candle Bar orders are processed and shipped within 4 - 5 days.


Shipping is a flat $5 fee for orders under $35 and orders over $35 ship for free in the contiguous U.S. For orders going to HI, AK and PR, shipping will be a flat $7. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S., but we hope to be able to do so soon.

To ensure your purchase arrives in a timely manner, please verify the shipping address before submitting your order.  It can be very difficult to track down an order to change the information after it has been confirmed. If you need to make a change to an order, please use our Contact Us form with: Address Change or Order Change and your order number in the body of the message. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you.


Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as a shipping label is created for your shipment. Tracking information can take up to 3 days to update. Actual transit times can vary from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the carrier, shipping method and destination.

Please note that once packages are picked up by the carriers, we have no control over transit times, tracking information or final delivery.  We are not currently able to replace stolen or missing packages.

Gift Orders

We do not include pricing or invoices with our candles. If you would like to include a gift note, we have an option to do so at checkout. Please make sure to verify that you have submitted the correct address for the purchase to ensure your gift arrives promptly.
